Title: Dog Training Assistant & Social Media Content Creator
Responsibilities and Duties
Practice hospitality industry principles
Support all operational needs for the lure coursing program under business/owner supervision
Hands-on to assist the lure operator and customers during the session (outdoor) Assist to maintain the venue (mowing pasture, occasionally cleaning horse stalls, handling greyhounds)
Continue the marketing strategy for social media Develop content to increase community engagement online
Create a brand persona through the brand’s online channels Utilize the social channels most relevant to the brand on a weekly basis
Respond to customer queries through social networks Create successful social media ad campaigns that will generate sales/bookings
Qualifications and Skills
College degree completed
Being comfortable with exuberant dogs— smalls to very large breeds
Capable of physical labour (walking in a large field, standing outside under variable weather conditions)
Excellent customer service skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of social channels relevant to the company’s success
Proficient in social media advertising platforms
Salary and Benefits
17$ an hour 10-15 hours ~ 5 hours shift Work on Friday morning and on WEEKENDS
Occasionally on Monday & Tuesday instead (will be notify ahead of time)
One (1) free run for your dog per week
